When I came to your store for the first time I couldn't believe the patience and knowledge you displayed as you helped me choose my bike. The bike fitting I received as part of the purchase was amazing! I have had experience with bike fittings elsewhere and so I can say that the care I received with my bike fitting was unparalleled.
You're much more than a bike store - you're your own small community that not only offers great product, but a great experience as well. I know that many customers feel so at home they come in just to chat with your friendly staff - I think they feel like they are part of the big Re-My Sport family.

Dear Re-My Sport
I just wanted to say thanks on the purchase of my new Trek Pilot 5.0 
I went on our annual ride to Niagara-on-the Lake on Sunday and let me tell you that the bike performed wonderfully. It was such a difference compared to riding my GT Nomad Hybrid. I was faster, stronger than ever before. The hills were a breeze to climb up and I wasn't winded at the end. 
We rode 130 Km at an Average Speed of 28.6 km/hr! Not bad for a bunch middle aged guys! This year, I wasn't the last rider! My brother-in-law came in last where he usually comes in first. 
The difference... 
All the other guys had newer bike and he has an older (20yr+) Italian road bike. The pressure is on him to get a new bike. You can guess where I want to take him to look for a new bike! 
Thanks to the Re-My Sport Team for spending the time with me to make sure that the bike was the right bike for me. Never once did I feel pressured in buying and you guys took all the time that I needed. All the best and Ride On!

I thought that I would just drop you a line to say how thrilled I am with my new Look 586 I purchased from you. The bike handles and rides so sweeeet! It seemed that the faster I went; the smoother and better handling the bike was. I just completed a 2-day ride with Tour for Kids. The first day; I rode from Peterborough thru to just north of Halliburton for a total of 165km averaging 29km/h. The second day we rode from Halliburton thru to Markham totalling 204km averaging 31km/h. Over the course of those two days; the bike was flawless! Never have I felt more comfortable on a bike for that distance; it was a perfect bike for the ride! The time that you had spent with me to dial in the fitting was perfect. The entire purchasing experience was a pleasure and I would happily recommend(and do) your store at any time. Thanks so much for your professionalism and taking care of me.

Just wanted to say a very BIG thank you for all of your time with me the other day. It was a pleasure- I can see why Fernando speaks very highly of you and recommended you and your shop. I love my bike! Love my shoes, helmet, bike shorts- gloves...water bottles- love it all! You'd be happy to know that I was on my trainer yesterday for 20 minutes and 40 min today- that's huge for me! I love my new bike – you were 100% right about the feel and the ride quality of LOOK. In fact I have not been so excited after riding a new bike in many years. Why didn’t I listen to you sooner? If any of your customers are delaying getting their new LOOK bike, let me say that I have used look products for over 20 years and the bike lives up to my expectations of superior quality and design. This bike delivers power to the road; both climbing hills and straight out flat speed are better – far better. The bike delivers a super smooth ride and is predictable through high speed hard cornering. Wow, it’s so light! Any bike is only half of the package – service is also important. You and the team at Re-My have proven that service is a priority and the quality of the assembly only proves this once again. Great job, thank you. See you at the races,

         The Brampton Cycling Club
The Brampton Cycling Club would like to sincerely thank RE-MY SPORT for sponsoring our club’s inaugural criterium racing event held on Sunday, August 10 , 2008 at our Ironbridge course in Brampton. Located in the business park at Mississauga Road & Hwy 407, the all day event on closed roads attracted more the 125 racers of all ages from right across the province. Various age categories were contested for medals, cash and prizes. Sanctioned by the Ontario Cycling Association, the event also featured a Youth Race segment, that saw 25 youngsters as young as 8 – 10 years old compete for medals, and all kids received prizes in their respective age categories. The contribution made by your organization greatly helped to make this cycling event a huge success.
