As part of Via Ciclante’s commitment to ensuring the community’s health and safety, we have temporarily closed our in-store shopping experience. Instead, we’re offering rear door pickup services for online orders. Getting you what you need to keep spinning and riding safely.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1
Visit and find the item you need. Purchase the item through our secure website. When finalizing your purchase choose "In Store Pickup" in the calculate shipping costs section.

Step 2
Once the transaction has been completed you will receive an email confirming the finalizing and confirming the sale.

Step 3 
You will receive an email from Via Ciclante once your order is ready for rear door pickup.

Step 4
Head to the store parking in the rear parking lot, call us at 905-821-1077 ext 1 to inform us you have arrived at our location. A sales associate will deliver the items to you.



Can I be certain that items that I have ordered are safe to handle?
We are taking the transmission of the COVID-19 virus seriously. Prior to packaging at our store, every product and package has been cleaned with a disinfectant to ensure your safety.

How long does shipping take?
We are shipping out all items through Canada Post ExpressPost or another expedite courier company. Via Ciclante will process all orders within one (1) business day. However, please be mindful that because as a result of the COVID-19 virus situation delivery may be slowed down due to an increase in shipping volumes and reduced work schedules. In your confirmation email from Via Ciclante we will include the tracking number for your shipment.

What if my package goes missing?
Due to COVID-19 social distancing measures most signature required deliveries no longer require signatures. However, we will insure each package so no one is out of pocket in the case of a missing shipment. If a package has not arrived within 48 hours we kindly ask to contact [email protected] or call us at 905-821-1077.
